PROF Madhu Veeraraghavan
Director- TAPMI and T.A. Pai Chair Professor of Finance
Madhu Veeraraghavan is the Director and Chair Professor of Finance at TAPMI. He also oversees all the management programs at MAHE. He teaches behavioral finance and corporate finance. He previously served as faculty at reputed business schools. Prof. Madhu Veeraraghavan has done his Ph.D. in Finance from Griffith Business School, Griffith University, Queensland, Australia. His work has appeared in The Accounting Review, Contemporary Accounting Research, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Journal of Corporate Finance, and others.

Shruthi J Mayur works as an Associate Professor in the OB & HR Area. She is a Chairperson of Alumni Relations Committee and Vice President of Alumni Association at the T. A. Pai Management Institute. She has 19 years of teaching experience and 7 years of industry experience. She received a FIRO-B certification from Anahat Organization Development and EI (Emotional Intelligence) Certification from EI Learning Systems, Texas, U.S.A. and FEIL at IIM Bangalore.
Prof. Jeevan J Arakal

Jeevan J. Arakal is an Associate Professor and Executive Chair of Education Programs and VEL at TAPMI. He is also the Chairperson of Branding and PR. He currently teaches Brand Management, Sales & Distribution Management, Rural Marketing, Marketing Management, and Consumer Behavior. Prof. Arakal has worked for twelve years in development and academic institutions and has offered marketing courses to management graduates and training programs to clients like Axis Bank, and Kutchina. He is an economics graduate and has a Ph.D. from SJMSOM-IIT Bombay.
Prof. Meera L. B. Aranha
Professor & Chairperson – MBA-BKFS
Meera L. B. Aranha is a Professor and Chairperson of MBA – BKFS at TAPMI. She teaches Management of Banks with specific reference to Banking Finance, Risk & Compliance, Audit & Legal Implications. Prof. Meera Aranha was a dedicated Banker with 30 years of experience in credit, treasury, audit, legal, and recovery facets of banking. She retired as General Manager from Karnataka Bank Ltd. after serving for 30 years in various capacities. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a law degree. She specializes in Risk Management. Her opinion pieces on banking and related matters are published in popular press.
Prof. Sudheer Reddy

SudheerReddy is an Associate Professor and Co-Chair of Corporate Engagement at TAPMI. He teaches International Finance and Financial Modelling. Prof. Sudheer Reddy has over 20 years of experience in banking, start-up projects, and academia. He also has expertise in Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Retail Banking.
Prof. Abhishek Kumar Rohit
Associate Professor & Co-Chair-MBA-BKFS
Abhishek Kumar Rohit is an Associate Professor and Co-Chair of MBA, BKFS at TAPMI. He currently teaches Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Business Environment, International Finance & Econometrics. He is a fellow of Indian Institute of Management Raipur in Economics and Business Environment. He holds an MBA in Finance and has served Punjab National Bank for 3 years in managerial cadre. He has received accolades for exemplary work in financial inclusion and debt recovery by Punjab National bank.
Prof. Vrishali N Bhat
Associate Professor & Chairperson – MBA Program
Vrishali Bhat is an Associate Professor and Chairperson of MBA program at TAPMI. She teaches Financial Management, Management Accounting, Corporate Laws, Security Analysis, Financial Planning and Portfolio Management. She worked with Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd. for 8 years. Prof. Vrishali Bhat has a PG degree in Commerce from Pune University and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. She is also a qualified Mutual Fund and Insurance Advisor.
Prof. Kartikeya Bolar Pramoda
Associate Professor
Kartikeya Bolar Pramoda is an Associate Professor at TAPMI. The subjects he teaches include Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence and Data Mining, Business Analytics, Managerial Statistics, Business Statistics, Quantitative Methods for Research, and Econometrics. Prof. Kartikeya Bolar Pramoda has over 18 years of experience in teaching and research and has taught across various b-schools in the country. He has also conducted Management Development programs and workshops.
