Sharad Agarwal, Head – Lamborghini India
In today’s competitive arena, being able to get a bigger picture of how businesses work, across all areas of operation is essential. It is more important to stay abreast of the changing landscapes of business. If one is not actively trying to learn and stay on one’s toes, one may find that one gets left behind. Studying further to arm oneself with all the knowledge one needs is the best way to keep up to date on your skills.
We know that nothing can replace the value of practical, hands-on experience in the real working world. But, while the understanding is limited to current role & practical experience, the most powerful combination includes both practical and theoretical knowledge. By learning current strategies, concept, ideas, and best practices, and getting access to case studies that indicate the best way to make decisions in business, you will be equipped with a well-rounded, holistic understanding of business. There cannot be a better intervention than be part of a EPGPM program under the aegis of a Premier B-school like TAPMI.
